Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that aims to create union between the body, mind and spirit. The word ”Yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’ meaning ”to Yoke” or ”to invite”. Focus being on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and relaxation. Importance being to take time out of your busy day to focus on yourself and allowing yourself to be at the centre of your focus.

What will we do?

Classes use a combination of flows, breathing focus, strengthening work, stretches and balance and will offer levels to suit all. We have all the equipment to assist you in the movements but also to challenge you more if that is what you prefer.

What will you gain?

Enhanced mind/body awareness, keeping fit and moving and posture awareness.

How much will it cost?

£10 per class.

What will you need?

We provide mats and any equipment that may be needed. People taking the classes just need to come along in comfortable clothing to be able to move freely in. If people are new to classes or if you would prefer we also offer 1:1 session.
