A body conditioning system to improve muscle tone, posture, balance and flexibility. It teaches us how to move with ease and grace and to increase our body awareness. Pilates allows for exercises to be modified to increase the level of difficulty as you improve along with the ability to increase the intensity of the exercises as the body adapts to the exercises.

On our timetable we have varying Pilates levels – all based on working the body from the core muscles out. Combination Pilates involves more standing core exercises to help improve balance as well as mat based Pilates exercises.

All are a refreshing mind and body work out suitable for everyone and all levels and can be tailored to your need on the day, if you find yourself in a tougher class than expected with extra bands, weights and balls we will encourage you to stick to more gentle levels.
